There is a one-time $300.00 administrative Transfer Fee for processing each Resale or Refinance Certificate request.Payment is due Net-30 or upon closing, whichever occurs first.

Membership in Long Canyon – Phase 1 Homeowners Association is mandatory for all property owners therein. The HOA is required to have a record of all property owners. Therefore, all Form fields must be accurate and complete. Incomplete, or Forms submitted with bogus information will NOT be processed.

Please submit your requests 15 or more days before the scheduled closing date. Please allow 10-days for us to respond to your request.
